Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Building Automation Controls Superintendent in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Building Automation Controls Superintendent Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Building Automation Controls Superintendent in Manchester, NH is between $80,000 and $100,000 depending on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Building Automation Controls Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities

  • Service, installation, and inspection activities on commercial Fire Alarm systems and Building Automation systems.
  • BAS Controls knowledge for Siemens, Allen Bradley, Lutron, HVAC, VAV etc.…
  • Perform duties such as running conduit, pulling wire, mounting devices and panels, reading blue prints, organizing supplies and performing final, accurate and complete test.
  • Install, program, maintain, or repair security or fire alarm wiring and equipment.
  • Install, maintain, or repair security systems, alarm devices, or related equipment, following blueprints of electrical layouts and building plans.
  • Inspect installation sites and study work orders, building plans, and installation manuals to determine materials requirements and installation procedures.

Building Automation Controls Superintendent Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with an electrical contractor
  • Working knowledge of electrical installation, estimating techniques, and cost control
  • Ability to perform detailed work and successfully meet deadlines
  • Must have stable work history
  • Previous management or supervisory experience

Preferred but Not Necessary

  • Journeyman License or Degree
