Delta Construction Partners is a well-established, boutique style, national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta is searching for an Account Manager to join our team in downtown St. Petersburg, FL. 

Base salary and commission pay structure - Base salary is dependent on recent relevant experience and successful history of performance.

Duties & Responsibilities
•    Identify new client leads
•    Maintain fantastic relationships with existing and current clients
•    Ability to make outbound calls to clients as needed
•    Operational support of business
•    Maintaining relationships with clients 
•    Write job descriptions based on job order requirements 

Skills & Requirements
•    Proven working experience in business development and sales
•    Must have great customer service, communication and negotiation skills
•    Energetic, outgoing, upbeat personality
•    Local – commutable to downtown St. Petersburg 
•    Non-Smoker 
•    Economically motivated 
•    Must be well-spoken with good grammar, both written and verbally
•    Must be computer literate with great typing skills and data entry experience
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
•    Experience interacting with clients/customers via phone (sales/recruiting experience a plus)
•    Self-motivated and willingness to learn
•    Aggressive, positive attitude with the flexibility to change course as the situation dictates; not easily discouraged

Preferred but Not Necessary
•    Degreed
•    History of community involvement (clubs, sports, internships, volunteer work)
•    Previous experience with telephone sales a plus
