Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Division Project Manager, St. Louis, Missouri.


Division Project Manager Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Division Project Manager, St. Louis, Missouri is between $95,000 and $125,000 depending on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance. You must have at least 5 years of experience estimating and managing electrical construction projects.

Division Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities

  • Seek out, target and initiate contact with prospective electrical construction and service customers to introduce company resources
  • Develop and maintain network of contacts and customers through proactive calls and establishing relationships.
  • Manage customer relationships as primary customer contact.
  • Solicit and respond to requests for electrical service and construction projects.
  • Estimate and prepare proposals for electrical construction projects up to $5,000,000.
  • Determine manpower needs and staff in coordination with Field Superintendent;
  • Solicit material pricing and prepare purchase orders where appropriate
  • Lead project preplanning and coordinate prefabrication where applicable with Pre-Construction Manager
  • Manage the means, methods, and quality of installations;

Division Project Manager Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience estimating and managing electrical construction projects.
  • Understanding of project cost structure, including direct, indirect and overhead cost, and cost-to-complete process.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing long-term customer relationships and growing account base.
  • Proficient with email, spreadsheets, word processing and computerized estimating programs.
  • Self-starter with ability to establish and accomplish objectives in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
