Job Description


Base salary is between $85K–105K depending on experience. Base salary may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Los Angeles, California office.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers to identify immediate and long-term needs, communicating an understanding of client requests and potential challenges, orally and through well-formatted, written proposals
  • Use software programs to assist in preparing estimates, capturing materials and man-hours, required
  • Responsible for negotiating contracts
  • Manage and reviewing budget and project setup; notify dispatch of scheduled requirements and material requirements, including lead time issues
  • Track the project progress, identifying and resolving milestone obstacles
  • Provide all closeout documentation as needed
  • Follow up with customer to insure all expectations have been met and measure overall performance satisfaction

Skills & Requirements

  • 5+ years electrical project management experience on low voltage projects, including but not limited to: CCTV, Fire Alarm and Data
  • Hard bid & design build commercial electrical projects
  • NICET or RCDD certified
  • Estimating experience, a plus, Accubid preferred
  • Experience managing Union Labor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as team environment
  • Ability to present in a professional manner and represent the company image

Preferred but Not Necessary

  • Bachelor’s degree
