Job Description


Base salary is between $75,000 and $120,000 depending on experience. Base salary may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Washington, D.C. office.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, and implement electrical safety training plans
  • Review and monitor electrical activity tasks
  • Understand and interpret electrical safety standards: NEC, NFPA, NESC
  • Apply knowledge of industrial or commercial grade electrical applications, and existing electrical construction activities
  • Monitor and measure electrical safety management program elements.
  • Report electrical safety management performance results to senior management.
  • Mentor electrical safety professionals and cross training with other safety professionals
  • Communicate multiple code/standards interpretation to field level personnel
  • Participate in meetings with customers, project team members, and contractors

Skills & Requirements

  • 5+ years of electrical safety management experience
  • Trainer Designation - OSHA 500/502 - Safety and Health/Occupational Safety degree from an ABET accredited program
  • Ability to write and edit safety processes and procedures
  • Proficient in tool box talks
