ELECTRICAL SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - SAN FRANCISCO, CA
Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their San Francisco, California office.
Base salary is between $130,000 and $150,000 depending on experience. Base salary may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain current and accurate records for all assigned projects
- Negotiate and approve all charges to specific project
- Ensure are contractual obligations are met within set budgets and timeframes
- Track bids, labor, materials, and equipment
- Identify and lead project team from estimation to closeout
- Establish safety standards amongst team members to ensure accountability
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and clients
Skills & Requirements
- Must have 7+ years’ experience in electrical construction in a project management role
- Must have new construction experience working on transportation projects (highway, toll systems, DOT, traffic signal, etc)
- Must be familiar with estimating in order to process change orders accurately and efficiently
- Strong employment stability
- Demonstrates prioritization, organization, time management and problem-solving skills
Preferred but Not Necessary
- Electrical license (Journeyman, Master)
- College degree preferred
