Job Description


Base salary is between $22 an hour - $31 an hour depending on experience. Base salary may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Orlando, Florida area office.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage teams of foremen and electricians
  • Interpret drawings and anticipate potential change orders
  • Manage customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction, quality of service, and long-term relations with company
  • Meet project deadlines
  • Manages labor and materials on job site effectively
  • Determine and manage project schedule, schedule of values, closeout documents, as- build red lines, and cost and complete documents
  • Responsible for all material quoting and procurement including issuing purchase orders
  • Attend customer and construction coordination meetings

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing electrical construction projects with an electrical contractor
  • Must have experience managing large, multi-million-dollar electrical projects such as high rise, high density, commercial and mixed use.
  • Must have experience leading teams of project managers
  • Must have experience managing projects at least $7m
  • Must have stable work history
  • Knowledge of NEC and local codes

Preferred but Not Necessary

  • Hands on electrical project manager who has come up from the field
  • Bachelor’s degree
