Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their St Petersburg, FL area office.

Base salary and commission pay structure - Base salary is dependent on recent relevant experience and successful history of performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support to recruiter by performing miscellaneous tasks such as data entry, pulling lists, interview confirmations, and LinkedIn marketing activity up to 25% of the day
  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates as needed
  • Source/locate candidates via ATS, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder etc. 75% of the day
  • Scheduling interviews with recruiter
  • Maintaining relationships with candidates post job offer to ensure successful transition
  • Write job descriptions based on information given from Business Development team
  • Creatively source candidates

Skills & Requirements.

  • Local – commutable to downtown St. Petersburg
  • Non-Smoker
  • Economically motivated
  • Energetic, upbeat personality
  • Must be well-spoken with good grammar, both written and verbally
  • Must be computer literate with great typing skills and data entry experience
  • Experience interacting with clients/customers via phone (sales/recruiting experience a plus)
  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn
  • Aggressive, positive attitude with the flexibility to change course as the situation dictates; not easily discouraged
  • Must possess a great attitude and outgoing personality
  • Persuasive
  • Strong listening comprehension – able to listen, understand and retain information

Preferred but Not Necessary

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree/experience combination
  • Previous experience with telephone sales a plus
  • Experienced in using Bullhorn, Linkedin, Careerbuilder, Google, Google docs
