Regional Electrical Manager Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Regional Electrical Manager in St. Pete, FL between $100,000 - $150,000 depending on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

  • Newer building located next to the main office is, 7,000 square feet (includes gym, rec room, etc.)

Regional Electrical Manager Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervision of multiple technical advisers on low voltage systems programming and configuration such as access control, CCTV, networking and IP-based cameras, work with installation team to ensure that all quality and code requirements are met.
  • Meets with project team, other trades and customers, partnering with the superintendent and foremen to ensure production is on track.
  • Responsible for company’s field trades on each project
  • Responsible for material list, close out documents, site safety
  • Establish work schedules and loading charts
  • Collaborate with project management team regarding material needs
  • Interact with general contractor on day to day scheduling and performance issues
  • Jointly responsible with the project manager for having material, tools, equipment, information and appropriate manpower in the proper place in a timely fashion
  • Monitor work as performed, managing subordinate supervisors and crews
  • Responsible for overall safety on project

Regional Electrical Manager Qualifications

  • Minimum of (3) years of related work experience – preferably with large commercial installations
  • PE
  • Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and have strong communication skills.
  • Open to Travel
  • Journeyman Electrician License a plus
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background test
  • Must have stable work history
  • Software: MS Office, added bonus MS Project/Primavera
  • Prefer local candidates, however, for the right candidate will consider relocation
  • Must have safety certifications (OSHA Confined Space etc)
  • Will be responsible for 25+ Technicians

Preferred but Not Necessary

  • College degree preferred
  • Experience with design/build
  • Field/Installation experience
