Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Sr. Project Manager, Dallas, TX.

Senior Mechanical Project Manager Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Senior Project Manager, Dallas, Texas is between $105,000 and $120,000 depending on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance. You must have at least 7 years of experience in mechanical construction.

Senior Mechanical Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with Principals and others to prepare and/or assist in the proposal writing of a given project.
  • Work with Principals and others to develop and determine fees for a given project.
  • Accompany the Principals on sales meetings and interviews.
  • Senior Project Manager will also focus on building and developing the team, including training and coaching, and be heavily involved in sales and business development meetings

Senior Mechanical Project Manager Qualifications

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or related degree
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with HVAC, Plumbing and Piping
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial and mission-critical construction
  • Must have design/build experience
  • Meet with the Owner and act as Critical Project Services representative.
  • Provide input on technical and contractual issues during the project.
  • Provide input to the Project Team concerning design or construction change orders.
