Base salary is between $75,000 and $100,000 depending on experience. Base salary may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Dallas, Texas area office.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in completing and managing all RFIs, change orders, submittals, and scheduling
  • Maintain logs and supervise RFIs, daily reports and submittals on web-based program
  • Negotiate and maintain relations with vendors and subcontractors
  • Support Project Manager with electrical project establishment and closeout
  • Perform electrical developments executing quality, operation and safety enhancements to firm’s production lines
  • Perform with technical specialists like electrical engineering, process and automation to resolve complete requirement
  • Review design inputs and review of engineering drawings
  • Prepare and review equipment along with material parameters
  • Prepare reports and study existing technical information clearly and precisely to attain client requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing electrical construction projects with an electrical contractor
  • Experience managing electrical design build, commercial projects
  • Must have stable work history
  • Experience using scheduling software, such as Primavera
  • Bachelor's degree
