Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Riverside, California area office.

Base salary is between $65,000 and $90,000 depending on experience. Base salary may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist project management team with contract administration and executing project activities
  • Support team with layout of project work and coordinating material/tool deliveries
  • Review project progress and cost tracking reports with operations management
  • Manage financials, approve invoices, and track budget variances
  • Prepare reports for management
  • Negotiate change-orders
  • Develop quality control and site safety programs
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors

Skills & Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years’ experience in electrical construction in a project manager role
  • Must have experience on commercial projects (schools, LAUSD, offices, retail), institutional and mixed-use projects
  • Must be able to review drawings for change order pricing
  • Proficient in budget setup
  • Strong employment stability – no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years
  • Demonstrates prioritization, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred but Not Necessary

  • College degree preferred
  • Experience with design/build
  • Accubid software experience
  • Field/Installation experience
