ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT (RALEIGH, NC)

Delta Construction Partners is a National Executive Search and Management Consulting Firm for the Nation’s premier General and Electrical Contractors and Industry professionals.  Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Raleigh, NC office.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years’ experience with large Commercial, School K-12, Healthcare, Greenhouse and Campus Construction
• Holds an Unlimited License in the State Of North Carolina or pass within 90 days
• OSHA 30, Competent Person Certification, Fall Protection Certification, Lock Out Tag Out Certification, Confined Space Certification and NFPE70E trained
• Excellent internal/external Communication Skills.
• Knowledge utilizing IPAD/software programs Primavera BIM360, ProCore and MS Office
• Manage crew sizes ranging from 10 – 60 employees.
• Ability to review plans and specifications/overcome challenges
• Ability to organize all resources to meet tight deadlines and achieve exceptional results.
• Experience with 5M+ Electrical Projects from the Ground Up.
• Electrical experience with medium voltage, 600V and low voltage control wiring for HVAC, Fire Alarm, IDS, Security and IT.
• Positive attitude with ability to manage/motivate others
• 40Hrs+ weekly possible nights and weekends

EDUCATION:

College degree preferred but not mandatory
