ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR (Dothan, Alabama)

Delta Construction Partners is a National Executive Search and Management Consulting Firm for the Nation’s premier General and Electrical Contractors and Industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Dothan, Alabama office.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years estimating experience with an Electrical Sub-Contractor, design build, and industrial projects in the $2million+ range also heavy commercial experience is a plus
• Must have 5 years minimum field experience
• Must have a minimum of 3 years Accubid experience
• Must be able to train other colleagues on Accubid
• Must be able to take sets of drawings and the specs and input into Accubid
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform complete, accurate estimates
• Knowledge of the bidding process from presentation to close
• Qualified to ensure that goals and / or objectives of project are accomplished
• Interacts effectively with the General Manager (who the estimator will report to) and the Project Managers to facilitate job progress
• Will relocate to Dothan, Alabama
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and a working knowledge of Accubid
• Strong employment stability required

EDUCATION:

College degree preferred but not mandatory, field experience is mandatory.

COMPENSATION:
