Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Washington, D.C. area office.

Base salary is between $50,000 and $65,000 depending on experience. Base salary may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Project schedule management including the development and upkeep of simple project schedules
  • Project administration including the proper capture and filing off all project documentation including, contracts documents, invoices, meeting minutes, project reports and communications.
  • Must understand and follow safety rules & procedures & follow OSHA requirements
  • Must ensure that projects are completed within prescribed budget
  • Works with supervisors, trade contractors, suppliers to manage schedules, project progress, drawing requirements and material delivery
  • Oversees, delegates and monitors personnel on assigned projects
  • Will facilitate job progress
  • Responsible for prioritizing, organization and time management

Skills & Requirements.

  • Must have 5+ years’ experience in a QA/QC commissioning role
  • Must have electrical experience on commercial/multi-family projects.
  • Must be well-spoken and relationship-focused when dealing with clients
  • Proficient in conducting and giving direction during commission procedures
  • Strong employment stability
  • Demonstrates prioritization, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred but Not Necessary

  • College degree preferred
  • Experience with data center projects
  • Field/Installation experience
