Delta Construction Partners is a National Executive Search and Management Consulting Firm for the Nation’s premier General and Electrical Contractors and Industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Ann Arbor, Michigan office.


  • Minimum of  5 years of experience estimating and managing electrical construction projects
  • Project experience should include health facilities, commercial and government projects
  • Engineering background is highly preferred
  • Local candidates preferred
  • Experience estimating electrical maintenance and repair work
  • Must be knowledgeable of NEC codes
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of paperwork and documents required for managing projects
  • Qualified to ensure that goals and / or objectives of project are accomplished
  • Skilled in prioritizing, organization and time management
  • Directly responsible for executing and directing all activities for assigned projects and developing/ maintaining customer relationships.
  • Responsible for leading and overseeing multiple projects including on-site supervision of field foremen, journeymen, and apprentices.
  • Responsible for lay out of project work and ensuring that all materials, tools, and equipment are scheduled in a timely manner to meet project scope and schedules.
  • Responsible for reviewing project documents; plans and specifications; directing construction activities; resolving issues; coordinating field installations and project closing while adhering to project cost, schedule and quality standards.
  • Performs all work within an established time frame and ensures all work is completed in conformance with quality work standards and projected man-hours while adhering to regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Schedule, conduct and/or participate in project meetings on and off site.
  • Interact with owners, owner representatives, engineers, subcontractors, vendors and others who are associated with project activities.
  • Will report to company president and will interact with field and office support staff.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Working knowledge of estimating software, such as ConEst
  • Strong employment stability required
