ELECTRICAL PROJECT  MANAGER (Reno) 


Delta Construction Partners is a National Executive Search and Management Consulting Firm for the Nation’s premier General and Electrical Contractors and Industry professionals.  Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Reno, NV office.

REQUIREMENTS:
•    Candidate must have previous Electrical Project Management experience and demonstrate an ability to successfully manage large multi-million-dollar projects such as high rises, high density commercial Hotels, Low Voltage, Entertainment, Arenas, Solar and Renewable. 
•    Able to work closely with high-level customers, maintain and enhance strong, long-term customer relationships. 
•    Able to work in a professional work environment and show strong business acumen. 
•    Minimum of 3 – 5 yrs of Electrical Project Management experience. 
•    Must have managed a project valued at more than 1 million of electrical work. 
•    Must have a strong track record of employment stability. No more than two employers within the last ten years. 
•    Strong communication and leadership skills required. 
•    Must be able to travel three days per week. 
•    Works directly with customers associated with the projects in their territory; maintains customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction, quality of service, and long-term relations. 
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
•    Advanced computer skills. 
•    Creates and approves material and labor budgets for assigned job sites within the designated territory; reviews and approves high level transactions. 
•    Travels to all regional job sites regularly to ensure quality of work and address any problems or issues related to the project. 
•    Develops and manages high level strategic planning of the labor force for all projects within their region. 
•    Works closely with each Project Superintendent to provide high-level supervision of various aspects of project management for each project they manage including: job start coordination, vendor agreements, material and rental agreement management, purchase order process, subcontract agreements, submittals, and change orders. 
•    Provides updated reports of projects status to Senior Project management as required. 
•    Proactively identifies and implements strategies to reduce project costs, maximize production, and enhance customer relations. 
•    Consistently evaluates and trains key personnel within their territory.
•    Must be a non-smoker
