Delta Construction Partners is a National Executive Search and Management Consulting Firm for the Nation’s premier General and Electrical Contractors and Industry professionals.  Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their San Francisco, CA office.

• Minimum of 5 years of related project management experience with an electrical contractor
• Must have prior experience with project management of data centers, commercial, high-rise, and hotel projects
• Must have design build experience
• Ideal candidate is RCDD certified
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Must have knowledge of Accubid estimating software
• Knowledge of financial software a big plus (such as Timerberline or Spectrum)
• Must  be professional and customer-focused
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced work environment with very tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be organized, detail oriented, and efficient
• Must have a stable work history

• Manage all activities associated with materials, budgeting, labor and production for assigned projects
• Lead all business aspects of concurrent projects, and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining established quality standards
• Plan and schedule resources to meet project milestones
• Assume a key role in maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service
• Manage project-related correspondence and documents

College degree preferred, but not mandatory
