Job Description


Base salary is between $110,000 and $130,000 depending on experience. Base salary may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their San Francisco, California area office.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee, direct, and manage electrical projects from beginning to end
  • Manage weekly labor report, project and influence field labor
  • Meet with, schedule with and coordinate with; other sub-contractors, general contractors, and owner reps throughout the project
  • Build long-term customer relationships by consistently meeting expectations and offering innovative solutions

Skills & Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in electrical project management
  • Hard bid & design build commercial electrical projects
  • Large commercial projects, minimum of $3M+ experience
  • Estimating experience, a plus, Accubid preferred
  • Experience managing Union Labor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as team environment
  • Ability to present in a professional manner and represent the company image
