Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Charlotte, North Carolina area office.

Base salary is between $80,000 and $90,000 depending on experience. Base salary may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for company’s field trades on each project
  • Establish work schedules and loading charts
  • Collaborate with project management team regarding material needs
  • Interact with general contractor on day to day scheduling and performance issues
  • Jointly responsible with the project manager for having material, tools, equipment, information and appropriate manpower in the proper place in a timely fashion
  • Monitor work as performed, managing subordinate supervisors and crews
  • Responsible for overall safety on project

Skills & Requirements.

  • Must have 4+ years’ experience in electrical construction in a superintendent role
  • Must have experience on commercial projects (healthcare, high-rise, data center, multi-family)
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Strong employment stability
  • Demonstrates prioritization, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred but Not Necessary

  • College degree preferred
  • Experience with design/build
  • Accubid software experience
  • Field/Installation experience
