Job Description


Base salary is between $65,000 and $125,000 depending on experience. Base salary may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Dallas, Texas area office.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ability to assist project manager in preparing construction schedules
  • Make daily schedules for manpower needs
  • Maintain daily reports, timesheets, safety reports, and accident reports
  • Plan, organize, and direct production in accordance with contracted scope of work
  • Oversee quality assurance and quality control programs
  • Train, manage, and evaluate project team members
  • Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflicts
  • Ensure all installations meet electrical code standards
  • Coordinate work with purchasing to ensure requested material is expedited and received as needed.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience with an electrical contractor
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading large commercial/industrial projects
  • Must have stable work history (at least 5 years at past employer)
  • Active Journeyman’s license
  • Experience and/or ability to learn the estimating process
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and Word

Preferred but Not Necessary

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Accubid experience
