Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Portland, Maine area office.

Base salary is between $80,000 and $100,000 depending on experience. Base salary may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all company field trades on a construction project
  • Prepare execution plans for each stage of the project
  • Collaborate with project manager and other field personnel to ensure project is on schedule
  • Work congruently with project manager to manage labor and material needs
  • Interface with other contractor representatives on a day-to-day basis
  • Supervise foreman engaged in the installation process
  • Ensure continual safety performance

Skills & Requirements.

  • Must have 7+ years’ experience in electrical construction in a superintendent role
  • Must have 5+ years’ installation experience as a foreman
  • Must have experience on civil & renewable projects (bridges, tunnels, wind power)
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Influential. Ability to drive results
  • Strong employment stability
  • Demonstrates prioritization, organization, time management and problem-solving skills

Preferred but Not Necessary

  • College degree preferred
