Job Description


Delta Construction Partners is a National Executive Search and Management Consulting Firm for the Nation’s premier General and Electrical Contractors and Industry professionals.  Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Farmington, Connecticut office.

• Minimum 5 years of  electrical construction experience
• Experience in working and managing large projects, including substation, transmission & distribution utility projects
• PMP preferred
• Understands all aspects of project management, scheduling, change orders & billings, and close-outs
• Must understand and follow safety rules & procedures & follow OSHA requirements
• Must have good understanding of National Electrical Codes
• Must ensure that projects are completed within prescribed budget
• Works with supervisors, trade contractors, suppliers to manage schedules, project progress, drawing requirements and material delivery
• Proficient on computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Interacts effectively to facilitate job progress
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• Stable job history is a must

College degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or related field experience
