MECHANICAL SUPERINTENDENT – NASHVILLE, TN 

Total compensation is between $70,000 and $105,000 depending on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search and management consulting firm for the nation’s premier mechanical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Nashville, Tennessee office.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Project Manager to plan and manage the project schedule and to ensure a successful project, teamwork, and feedback to internal support groups
  • Immediately notify the Project Manager of onsite scope or schedule changes
  • Full engagement in the Virtual Construction Process, attend all coordination meetings, review and approve Models, Documents, and Fabrication Spools before fabrication and delivery 
  • Promote a safe working environment 
  • Performs or Supervises Daily Pre-task safety planning

Skills & Requirements

  • You must have at least 6 years of experience in the mechanical/electrical contracting industry relating to HVAC, plumbing and sheet metal
  • Mechanical/HVAC piping experience
  • Sheet metal and plumbing experience
  • Ability to oversee and manage numerous disciplines
  • 6 years or more related experience in the mechanical contracting industry
  • Knowledge of Virtual Construction practices as well as 3D Models, Spooling and Fabrication 
  • Must be adaptable, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a team environment
