Job Description


Delta Construction Partners is a National Executive Search and Management Consulting Firm for the Nation’s premier General and Electrical Contractors and Industry professionals.  Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Long Island City, NY office.


  • Must have 3 years of related work experience with payroll related tasks
  • Experience with payroll processing, including taxes and certified payroll
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures and principles, including forecasting, and budgets, a/p and a/r,
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) as well as payroll software such as Sage CRE
  • Review and make recommendations of current procedures to streamline processes
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Candidate must be demonstrate sound work ethics, be honest and trustworthy, and must possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Specialized knowledge to analyze and solve complex problems
  • Must be extremely organizational and detail-oriented
  • Must have excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Must have a strong track record of employment stability


Degree preferred, but not mandatory
